The Brew Company APROCOYCE decaffeinated coffee – smooth and full-bodied taste
Coffee cherries grown in the APROCOYCE region ripen on shade-grown trees , ensuring a slow ripening process and a rich flavor profile. The coffee is hand-picked and undergoes quality control , where it is first sorted in flotation tanks , removing dirt and substandard beans. The beans are then fermented for 12-16 hours , washed thoroughly, and dried in solar-powered drying houses.
☕ Pure and chemical-free decaffeinated coffee
The coffee beans are then shipped to the Swiss Water Decaf facility in Vancouver , where the caffeine is removed using pure water and a natural Green Coffee Extract (GCE) method . The caffeine is gently filtered out , while preserving the coffee's natural flavor and aroma. Finally, the beans are dried again to a standard moisture level, ensuring consistent quality in every cup.
