The Sidamo region of Ethiopia is known for its diverse and high-quality coffee varieties. The coffee beans grown here undergo a careful cleaning and irrigation process with local water before being decaffeinated.
☕ Gentle and natural caffeine-free method
Decaffeination is carried out using the Swiss Water Decaf method , which uses Green Coffee Extract (GCE) technology . The beans and extract are balanced to retain all the natural flavor compounds , while the caffeine is gradually removed using carbon filters . This 10-hour process ensures that the coffee remains 99.9% caffeine-free, while maintaining its rich and varied flavor.
