Coffee beans grown in Colombia undergo careful processing before being sent to the Swiss Water Decaf center in Vancouver, Canada for decaffeination, using a 100% chemical-free method based on pure water and Green Coffee Extract (GCE) technology .

This gentle yet effective method removes 99.9% of the caffeine , while preserving the coffee's natural flavor and aroma. The GCE method creates a balance between soluble compounds while gradually filtering out the caffeine. The 10-hour, carefully monitored process ensures consistent quality and great taste in every cup.
